In addition to two new smartphones, Samsung is also on the way with a new tablet and a new smartwatch. Despite the corona crisis, the world’s largest mobile manufacturer, Samsung, is on the move with new flagship products. Already on August 5, we can expect to see the Samsung Galaxy Note 20, the successor to last year’s Galaxy Note 10, as well as Galaxy Fold 2, a new edition of Samsung’s first foldable mobile phone. This is what Gizmodo writes, which quoting Korean news media Dong-A Ilbo.
Also last year, Samsung launched the latest model in the Galaxy Note series in August, but this year the launch will be exclusively virtual.
In return, we can expect a true cornucopia of new products. In addition to the new Samsung Galaxy Note 20 series and Samsung Galaxy Fold 2, the giant Korean electronics also comes with a 5G version of Samsung Galaxy Z Flip as well as two new tablets, the Galaxy Tab S7 and S7 +, and a smartwatch, the Samsung Galaxy Watch 2.
Galaxy Note 20 Series: Specifications
A leak from Ross Young, who is managing director of the analysis and consulting company, Display Supply Chain Consultants. Leaked already in May that two models will be available in the Galaxy Note 20 series. The regular Galaxy Note 20 comes with a 6.42-inch 120 Hz screen (2345 x 1084 pixels). While the Galaxy Note 20+ gets a larger 6.87-inch 120 Hz screen (3096 x 1444 pixels).
As for the camera, Androidcentral cites Chinese Ice Universe for claiming that the Galaxy Note 20+ gets three cameras on the back as well as a laser focus lens that simply assists the primary lens.
The main lens will be a Samsung ISOCELL Bright HM1 of 108 MP, which is the same as the Galaxy S20 Ultra. The ultra-wide-angle lens is said to be a 12MP ISOCELL Fast 2L3 sensor. Added to this is a 13MP ISOCELL SLIM 3M5 lens that delivers up to 50x zoom.
In other words, none of the new Note 20 series mobiles get 100x zoom, which was otherwise the most hyped feature of the most expensive Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra model.
